Creation of a new website and competition game for Lidl Čistinka competition

Idea Solution

In cooperation with the advertising agency Daren&Curtis, we created a new website and game for the Lidl company for the Lidl Čistinka project, which is the successor to the Lidl Žihadielko project. A custom graphic was created based on the client’s requirements.

The website is connected to the administration system October CMS, while the game itself is built on the Canvas system. We have implemented code voting here, which has been simplified for users by verifying the correctness of the code before entering it. Despite the fact that the game is not point-linked to the competition as it was with Žihadielko, it is more complex, has several levels and the player can unlock improvements by playing them.

It is possible to play the game in full-screen on mobile phones. The system itself was designed to handle a large rush of voters (more than 20,000 votes per hour on average). Despite the fact that we had to complete this project in an accelerated procedure, we managed to prepare it before the deadline and its implementation took place without any problems.
